About Dr Marietta Laoudi
Dr Laoudi perceives therapy as a journey that can develop your awareness and enable your personal growth. She focuses on wellbeing and believes that therapy should highlight your strengths and allow for development and on-going change. She is committed to working with her clients in a collaborative, non-judgemental way enabling each of them to feel understood and helping them establish a roadmap for a way forward. She places the individual’s needs at the foundation of her psychotherapeutic work and aims to account for and support your unique experiences and views. Through collaborative counselling, Dr Laoudi believes that people can improve their wellbeing and facilitate positive change.
Dr Laoudi has been trained in and has extensive experience of numerous psychotherapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic, humanistic and cognitive-behavioural therapy. She integrates the appropriate approach into her work in order to inform her clinical practice and tailor it in a way that meets each individual’s needs. You will be provided with an informed, multifaceted and personalised approach to dealing with concerns around your emotional wellbeing so that you feel safe and supported within the therapeutic relationship.
